The Federal Government has launched the Digital Nigeria Mobile Application and Portal in line with the Digital Nigeria Programme Skills initiated by President Muhammadu Buhari on March 19, 2020.

The Honourable Minister of Communications and Digital Economy (FMCDE), Dr Isa Ali Pantami floated the mobile application yesterday at a virtual event.
During the launch, Pantami stated that the ministry was collaborating with the African Development Bank (AfDB) and Microsoft to give Nigerians easy access to progressive digital skills.
Candidates interested for Digital Nigeria programme Skills should register through the mobile app
or web portal
, and you will be able to undertake up to 27 different ICT courses on the platform.
Below are steps on how to register:-
2.) Click on register as shown in the screenshot below
3). Click on”Join the Digital Nigeria Program” to join the scheme.
4.) Click on “Get Started” to begin registration
5.) Enter your mobile number here, and you will receive an SMS with 6 digits for mobile number verification.
6.) Enter 6 digits send to you via SMS to verify your mobile number.
7.) Choose the course that you want learn from differents courses by scrolling down, and the courses are categories into Basic Digital Skills, Intermediate Digital Skills and Advanced Digital Skills.
8.) After choosing the course then hit register to start learning.
The ICT courses are grouped into three sections – Basic Digital Skills, Intermediate Digital Skills and Advanced Digital Skills. There are 14 courses available for basic digital skills, 5 courses for intermediate and 8 courses for advanced digital skills.
Course content includes short videos and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations. Both can be downloaded to your mobile phone.
